Duties & Essential Job Functions:

- Working in Multi discipline building modelling includes Structural/Architectural / MEP /BIM projects
- Technical development of structural/architectural/ MEP design of a building projects to create implementation plans (BIM work flow)
- Good working knowledge of BIM and 5D using Navisworks or similar
- Co-ordination between the architectural, structural and the technical design team.
- Developing and implementing the Project CAD/BIM Execution Plans as per project need.
- Should be responsible for the timing and the quality of the BIM level deliverables.
- Should work together with colleagues, external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, site team and clients in a constructive way.
- Knowledge of construction planning and schedule

Person Specification

Excellent Communication skills and can work across cultures and global teams

Education Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Civil

Experience: Minimum 2 **Years** Experience in BIM project execution, including Knowledge of Navisworks and similar 5D technologies

**Education**:
Engineering Graduate
- Highly motivated with creative design skills, willing to work on challenging requirements.
- ability to work on Architectural detailing/designs with specialists
- Good practise / experience with hand sketching, illustration etc,.
- Knowledge to use graphic software such as photoshop, CAD and 3D design software
- Good communication in English
- Proactive and a good team worker

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
