**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain proper inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and initiate procurement when needed.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system data.
- Oversee inward and outward stock movement while ensuring quality and quantity checks.
- Manage store staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Handle documentation related to stock transactions, including GRNs, DCs, and invoices.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor expiry dates, slow-moving, and non-moving items, and take necessary actions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
