**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting assigned leads in the UAE market to promote and sell our perfume products.
- Clearly and persuasively articulating the features and benefits of our perfumes to potential customers **in fluent English**.
- Building rapport with clients and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Collaborating effectively with the UAE-based staff for lead assignment and feedback.
- Adhering to all company policies and sales procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably with experience selling to the UAE market.
- **Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English** with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM systems (if applicable).

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.**
