**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business process outsourcing operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the overall efficiency and quality of services provided.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding the status of projects, key performance indicators, and client feedback.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the BPO team and provide necessary training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process outsourcing to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven work experience in a BPO or customer service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet business objectives.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
