**Curriculum Planning**: TGT English teachers develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives. - **Classroom Instruction**: TGT English teachers deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, employing a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, group work, and multimedia presentations. They foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- **Literature Study**: TGT English teachers introduce students to a range of literary genres, authors, and works of literature. They facilitate discussions on themes, characters, plot development, and literary devices, encouraging students to analyze and interpret texts critically.
- **Language Skills Development**: TGT English teachers help students enhance their language skills in areas such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking. They provide constructive feedback on writing assignments, conduct speaking activities to improve oral communication, and administer assessments to gauge language proficiency.
