Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

- Assist in creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Help design social media posts and stories using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.

2. Social Media Management:

- Schedule posts and manage the content calendar.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and messages across social media platforms.
- Research and implement hashtags, trends, and new opportunities to grow the company’s online presence.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving engagement, reach, and conversions.

4. Campaign Support:

- Assist with the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Support in running paid social ads under the guidance of senior team members.

5. Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends and social media news.
- Perform competitor research and report on findings that could enhance strategy.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and influencers when needed.

7. Community Engagement:

- Actively engage with online communities to build brand presence.
- Foster relationships with followers, reply to comments, and ensure a positive brand image.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
