**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their travel inquiries and requests.
- Provide information and advice on travel products over the phone and in the office.
- Follow up with potential customers, converting inquiries into bookings.
- Handle bookings, tour-related activities, and follow up on tour payments.
- Assist customers with visa documentation and other related tasks.
- Perform various sales, counter sales, and visa-related responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in English and Kannada.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- **Location**: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka before starting work.

**Walk-In Interview Details**:

- **Dates**: Monday to Saturday
- **Time**: 5 pm to 6 pm
