Job Description: International Voice Process / Voice Process Executive (Fresher or Experienced) (Females)

Position Title: International Voice Process Location: 8th floor, Vaishnavi's Cynosure, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana]

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our international tele sales team.

The role involves engaging with clients across global markets, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Responsibilities: Inbound Calling: Handle high-volume Inbound calls to potential and existing international clients to promote and sell products or services.

Customer Engagement: Build a strong rapport with customers through professional and persuasive communication.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions to answer customer queries accurately.

Customer Feedback: Gather and record customer feedback, objections, and preferences to help improve sales strategies.

CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Familiarity with tele sales best practices and CRM tools.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,051.14 - ₹22,014.25 per month
