**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints, translating ideas into innovative and functional designs for both residential and commercial spaces.
- **Space Planning**: Develop space plans that meet client needs, ensuring the efficient use of space, aesthetics, and functionality.
- **3D Visualization and Rendering**: Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations to help clients visualize the final outcome.
- **Material and Color Selection**: Source materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept, considering durability, sustainability, and cost.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that designs are executed according to plans and within timelines.
- **Client Presentation**: Prepare and present design concepts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to clients for feedback and approvals.
- **Documentation**: Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and layouts as needed to guide the project’s execution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience working on both residential and commercial interior design projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong 3D visualization skills, with the ability to produce photorealistic renders.
- Knowledge of design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
