**JOB TITLE**:
Telecaller for Calida Psychiatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**WORK ACTIVITIES**:

- Conduct outbound calls/ Revert to calls and messages, to prospective clients, current clients, and their families to provide information about our rehabilitation services and answer any questions they may have.
- Educate clients about the programs and services offered by the rehab center, including details about treatment plans, costs, and other relevant information, in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments between clients and our healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system. Track and report on call outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with the management team to develop scripts, establish best practices, and identify opportunities for improving client engagement and outreach strategies.

**JOB CONTEXT**:
Work hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9-5pm.

Work location will be Pune/ Karjat. Reporting will be to the General Manager.

**QUALIFICATION**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or training in customer service or healthcare-related fields are a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to converse in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
