We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused **Chat Support Executive** to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online chat. You will interact with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. If you have a strong communication skill set, can handle multiple chats simultaneously, and are passionate about delivering quality support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
- Handle a high volume of daily customer interactions with patience and efficiency
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Offer solutions to common issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering exceptional support and assistance
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in chat support, is a plus
