**Position: HIL Architect (MT100T RM 2943)**

**We are looking for HIL architect who can build the system from the scratch**
**5. HIL commissioning**

**Keywords: System testing, Automotive, EV Testing, Hil Testing, Dspace, Vector**

**Core Capabilities**:
Understanding and experience in **System and software Level Testing**.

Understanding of **Automotive Powertrain, Lighting ,Body control sensors and systems**

**Experience**:
Reviews System Requirements, System Architecture and Product concepts/definitions

Analysis and comprehension of external and internal stakeholder requirements

Specify Tests based on requirements, standards and regulations.

Create Test Strategy, Test plan & Templates

**10+ years of experience in** **embedded systems** and automotive software testing, with a strong background in **HIL testing, EV testing, vehicle-level validation**, and cluster validation.

Knowledge on Traceability tools (e.g. DOORs)

Strong understanding of automotive systems, including powertrains, battery management systems, charging, and infotainment systems.

In-depth knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and others.

Expertise in embedded software testing, including real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontrollers.

Proven experience with HIL testing, including hardware and software integration, and debugging.

Experienced in Commissioning & configuring HIL validation including Dspace, vector, ni & ETAS Toolchain.

Expertise in BCM, Lighting, Powertrain ECU validation.

Experience MATLAB & signal simulation environment.

Familiarity with Electric Vehicle components, such as BMS, inverters, and electric drivetrains.

Experience with cluster validation, including instrument clusters, displays, and the integration of various vehicle sensors and ECUs.

Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 26262 for functional safety and ASPICE for software processes.

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Robot Framework) for embedded systems testing.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD systems, and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex embedded systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Collaboration with System, SW and HW architects

**Basic Qualifications**:
**- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software and/or System level Testing**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience on **CAN, Ethernet or Flexray communication protocols and tools**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in requirement analysis, test case development, test execution, test management, test status reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience on writing/executing System Integration test cases
- Minimum 6 years of working experience on HIL tester (dSpace) and automation
- Minimum 2 HiL commissioning projects execution experience
- Minimum 3 years of Team leading exposure
- Strong problem solving techniques and process
- Knowledge on usage of tools like oscilloscope, Function generator, CAN tools etc.
- **Minimum 4 years of hands on dSpace HiL, dSpace scalexio, Vector tools, HiL automation (control desk, configuration desk)**
