**Lesson Planning**:Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
- **Instruction**:Delivering engaging lectures, discussions, and interactive activities to facilitate student learning.
- **Assessment**:Creating and grading assessments (tests, assignments, projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- **Curriculum Development**:Contributing to the development and revision of the social science curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and aligns with educational goals.
- **Remediation**:Providing support to students who are struggling, including individual tutoring and extra classes.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:Mentoring students for debates, competitions, and other extracurricular activities related to social science.

Student Support and Engagement:

- **Classroom Management**:Maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment, managing student behavior effectively.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant information.
- **Communication**:Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student progress, providing feedback and addressing concerns.
- **Guidance**:Providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them develop their research skills and critical thinking abilities.

Professional Development and Collaboration:

- **Continuing Education**:Staying up-to-date on current events, educational trends, and new teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborating with colleagues, including other PGTs, TGTs, and the school administration, to improve teaching practices and curriculum development.
- **Staff Meetings**:Participating in staff meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities.
- **School Activities**:Participating in school events and activities, including parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and field trips.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
