We are looking for curious scientists to conduct experiments or surveys to understand our employees better, test probable theories and review the results to determine if those theories drive high performance. This role can also work with our clients if need be. This role will also encompass areas such as marketing because this can analyse how our customers are likely to behave and create marketing plans based on that data to improve sales and company performance. **The Work** - Most of the key activities for this position will be around research proposal and designs (and not execution) - Acts as a thought leader, innovator and advisor within Behavioral Science and offers expertise on complex issues - Attend talent meetings to discuss the potential use of Behavioural Science to help provide solutions for customer insights challenges - Develop training materials based on academic research and train internal employees on behavioral science - Present externally at client events and conferences to spread the knowledge of forward-looking work we are doing in the space of employee performance - Contribute to the Centre's thought leadership initiatives (e.g., points of view, research) - Provide input on the development of the CoE's strategy - Write shorter pieces and contribute content for presentations - Keeping up with the newest scientific insights and innovative technologies - Contributing to research projects by actively participating in a project team - Presenting work at conferences and maintaining good contacts with academic partners - Lead or support in identifying, designing, and validating methodologies for user behaviour analysis, profiling, user pattern discovery and creation of individualized interventional schemes, taking into consideration local and cultural elements - Contribute to new initiatives on research directions in relevant areas that potentially have high business impact, based on thorough understanding of unmet needs and up to date CoE people strategy - Be responsible for smooth and efficient execution of research projects, and endeavour in translating research outcome into business opportunities - Maintain and strengthen the network in industry and academy, and actively seek for open innovation opportunities with universities, institutes, and other external knowledge centres, to accelerate and ensure the success of research project
