**Must-Haves**:
Extensive experience in quality management within the industrial valves industry.

Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

**Good to Have**:
Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).

Experience with advanced quality tools and techniques.
