**Requirements**:
Educational Qualification: 12th pass, Undergraduate, Graduate, PG

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Basic knowledge of computer operations.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with IT terminology and industry trends.
