**Job Title: Sales Representative/Business development Executive**

**Experience**: 2 to 6 years in sales, preferably in design services or any service-oriented domain.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their packaging and branding needs.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, research, and outreach.
- **Sales Conversions**: Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.
- **Target Reaching**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to better understand client needs and identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in design services or any service-oriented domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the packaging design and branding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
