**Job Summary**:
**Job Location**: Sec-44, Gurgaon

**Salary Band**: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA

**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fied working)

**Shift Timings**: 8 AM to 11 PM (9 Hours Shift)

**Weekly Off**: Any day between Monday to Friday

**Education**: Any graduation (mandatory)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with eisting and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer epectations and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.
- Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of eperience as a Tele Sales Representative in a leading BPO.
- Ecellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging sales pitches over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; any graduation is mandatory.
