Job Title: FX Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
**Job Description**:
As an FX Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our branch revenue through proactive sales efforts. Your primary duties will include visiting clients, exceeding sales targets, and building lasting relationships to drive business growth. Additionally, you will need to stay informed about market trends, explain and sell FX products, and develop effective sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring regulatory compliance are also essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring Branch Revenue: Regularly track and analyze branch revenue to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Visit and Co-ordinate with Clients: Conduct client visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to surpass them through strategic sales efforts.
Building Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understanding Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact FX markets.
Explaining and Selling FX Products: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our FX products to clients, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize sales opportunities.
Providing Advisory Services: Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on FX transactions, risk management, and investment opportunities.
Collaborating Internally: Work closely with internal departments such as trading, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies governing FX transactions and client interactions.
Tracking Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress towards sales targets, and generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in FX sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
