Product Strategist

Role: Product Strategist Are you someone with a passion for delivering value to clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. Your role will involve ensuring that ConvertCart's products are deployed effectively on client websites, resulting in the best possible outcome for clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of processes for feature deployment and improvement, as well as the rollout plan for feature updates, pilots, and client-facing documentation. If you are looking for a fast - paced, challenging, and rewarding work environment where you can utilize your problem-solving and analytical skills, then this is the perfect job for you. **Responsibilities**: Analyze and troubleshoot issues and solve problems for the specific product feature. Track product and feature performance metrics continuously, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are adhered to and goal expectations are consistently met. Provide support and education to AM, Dev & Testing Ops teams on product specifications, scope, processes, and implementation. Conduct qualitative research to maintain new product/feature enhancement requirements and stay current in the business. Participate in UAT for new releases and in continuous product, process, feature improvement. Ensure effective deployment of the product on client websites, resulting in the best possible outcome for clients. Contribute to the development of processes for feature deployment and improvement, as well as the rollout plan for feature updates, pilots, and client-facing documentation. Utilize problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to clients and improve the product's performance. Qualifications: Understanding of e-commerce Familiarity with analysis tools like Excel and PowerBI MBA in any specialization **Skills**: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a variety of tasks with competing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and/or responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding team-oriented environment.
