**Admission Management**:

- Provide prospective parents and students with accurate information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and fee structure.
- Organize and conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and open houses for prospective families.
- Coordinate and schedule admission tests, interviews, and evaluation processes.
- Communicate admission decisions to parents promptly and professionally.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including age eligibility, transfer certificates, and board guidelines.
- Assist in updating and maintaining admission policies and procedures as per board and institutional requirements.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the school administration, academic heads, and management to align admission strategies with the school’s goals.
- Provide regular reports on admission statistics, inquiries, and conversion rates to the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

**Parent and Student Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Act as a liaison between new parents and the school to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using admission management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Familiarity with educational policies and guidelines, especially CBSE or other boards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
- Proven experience in customer service, counseling, or marketing roles will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
