
Purchase Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing the procurement process for construction materials and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to job sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Support project managers with their purchasing requests and provide necessary documentation.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs based on project schedules.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly team environment.
**Description**
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
