**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**:

- Develop, prepare, and deliver regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business operations and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of MIS reports by gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
- **SAP Finance Module**:

- Utilize SAP Finance Module (ECC 6.0 or HANA) for data extraction, report generation, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that SAP data is accurately reflected in MIS reports.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvements in MIS reporting and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and adapt MIS solutions accordingly.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the MIS department and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of reporting requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all MIS processes and reports comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and operational information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or
- Inter-CA or Inter-ICWA qualification.
- **Experience**:

- 5 to 6 years of experience in handling MIS functions, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in SAP Finance Modules (ECC 6.0 or HANA) is essential.
