Jr. Uiux Designer

**About the Role**:
As a UI/UX Designer at DBTech, you’ll shape the experiences that users love. From wireframes to polished interfaces, your designs will make our digital products intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into user-friendly solutions. With your creative eye and problem-solving mindset, you’ll not only design interfaces but also craft journeys that drive growth, innovation, and lasting impact.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma for mobile and web apps.

- Designing visual assets, illustrations, and icons using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Supporting and contributing to the evolution of our design system and UI guidelines.

- Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth design-to-code handoff.

- Conducting basic user research, testing, and gathering feedback to improve UX.

- Utilizing modern design tools and AI-powered workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.

- Staying up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and AI advancements.

**What We Expect From You**

- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- A basic understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns..

- An eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency.

- Portfolio of academic or internship projects that showcase your design thinking and attention to detail.

- Awareness of responsive design, mobile-first thinking, and accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to optimize workflows and enhance creativity.

- Ability to receive feedback positively and implement changes quickly.

- Enthusiasm to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
