**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menu concepts and dishes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of food items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to achieve budgeted targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Assist in menu development and implementation of new dishes and concepts.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle kitchen administration tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.
**Requirements**:
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in Multicuisine, Continental, and Indian cuisines.
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Salary**: ₹630,386.35 - ₹1,110,150.69 per year
