As an Assistant Manager
- Strategy and Ops - F&E

You'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of the team and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case your solution requires tech interventions.

Ideal fit would be someone who is great at problem-solving, is analytical and is driven to create an impact.- What you will do:

- Help design processes that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy
- Take a strategic approach to building capacities with new 3PLs and help set up their operations
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with new 3PLs to plan their scaleup with respect to the capacity requirement
- Spearhead business process improvements to affect operational efficiencies positively
- Own the operational metrics associated with programs
- Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps
- Partner with analytics, product, fulfilment, 3PL and leadership teams to improve user experience and reduce business costs.
- Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement- What you will need:

- B.Tech / MBA full time
- 2+ years of experience, in a Strategy & Ops /Management consulting background
- Ability to handle both, strategy formulation and implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organisational ability
