**Job Overview**
**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist with audits.
**Marketing**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information, and reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Liaise with clients and distributors to provide information and address inquiries.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in administrative and/or marketing roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
