**Job Summary**:

- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Your primary focus will be on managing Ad Words campaigns and overseeing paid marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ad Words campaigns to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic. Manage other paid advertising platforms such as social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and display advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

**SEO Coordination**: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive strategy, incorporating paid and organic efforts to improve overall search engine visibility.

**Content Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with the content marketing team to align paid campaigns with content strategies for a consistent brand message.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.

**Social Media Management**:Contribute to social media advertising strategies, including sponsored posts, to amplify the brand's reach.

**Stay Updated on Industry Changes**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ad Words campaigns and other paid advertising platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and how they integrate with paid strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Google Ad Words and other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
