**Role Summary**:

- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing product quality standards across spice manufacturing processes. This role ensures compliance with food safety norms, internal benchmarks, and regulatory requirements._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Conduct routine and random quality checks across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods_
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP adherence throughout the facility_
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions_
- Collaborate with production and packaging teams to resolve quality deviations_
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other relevant standards_
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and sample preparation_
- Train junior staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control procedures_

**Education**: _B.Sc. in Food Technology or related field_

**Experience** : _7-8 years in Spices or FMCG industry_

**Gender Preference** : _Male Only_

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- _₹30,000 - ₹45,000 Net Take Home (based on experience)_
- PF, Mediclaim, Annual Bonus, and Other Allowances_
