Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the real estate sector.

Provide information about available properties, projects, and real estate services.

Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.

Schedule site visits and appointments for potential buyers.

Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Track and report on telecalling activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in the real estate sector.

Geographic know how of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Proficiency in CRM software or experience maintaining client databases.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
