1. Development and Implementation:

- Utilize OpenText AppWorks to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions.
2. Architectural Design:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture using OpenText AppWorks
3. Technical Leadership:

- Take ownership of code quality and review source code
- Provide high-level work estimates and assist in task planning and allocation
4. Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes.
- Assist in planning and executing new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
5. CollaborationWork closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project Support and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions developed.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST), Java, and SQL.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of business process management
Experience in integrations with backend system.
