**Internship Overview**:
We are offering an exciting field-based internship opportunity for MBA students specialising in Marketing or Sales. Interns will gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer engagement, and grassroots-level brand building by driving annual magazine subscriptions through field interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential subscribers, including:

- Defence personnel (serving and retired)
- Government employees
- NCC cadets and UPSC/CDS aspirants
- Educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities)
- Coaching centres, private libraries, study halls
- Hospitals, dental clinics, and healthcare providers
- Hotels, lodges, saloons, and spas
- Corporate offices and coworking spaces
- Conduct face-to-face field visits, door-to-door marketing, and institutional outreach
- Present sample issues of Life of Soldiers and explain subscription benefits
- Promote the patriotic and professional value of the magazine
- Achieve monthly subscription goals (minimum 35 per month)
- Maintain daily logs of interactions and confirmed subscriptions
- Assist in local marketing campaigns and outreach activities
- Collect payments and manage accurate documentation (digital & paper-based)

**Skills & Eligibility**:

- MBA student (Marketing/Sales specialisation preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi
- Energetic, self-motivated, and field-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across your respective city for subscription acquisition

**Stipend Structure**:
Purely Commission-Based Internship
- ₹500 per confirmed annual subscription
- Monthly earning potential: ₹17,500+ (based on 35+ subscriptions)
