**Job Title - Travel Sales/ Operations Executive**

**Location - Indore - work from office**

**Experience = 1 to 5 years**

**About the role**

The person will be responsible for creating quotes, booking, sales and maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands and promoting our vast range of products. Reporting to the Global Director Sales and Marketing and the Managing Director eventually be part of a large international sales team.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management [ Optional ]
- Have experience within the travel industry B2B/B2C market working with Agents and FTOs
- Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar
- An eye for detailing and customer experience-driven approach
- For the Inbound team, you must have Knowledge of the destination India, Nepal and Bhutan.
- For the Outbound team, it's an advantage if you have knowledge of following destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Dubai, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, Europe, Australia Etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation, Contracting and Interpersonal skills
- Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills
- A creative flair and high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- travel sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
