**Roles and Responsibilities**
Responsible for calling customers and answering their queries related to the institution. Responsible for upselling the products services to potential customers, parents students Contact potential and existing customers, parents students to explain the product and new services and courses offered by the institution. Direct prospects and enquiries to the concerned team when needed Enter and update customer information in database Keep records of calls inquiries and note useful information
Experience ranges between 0 to 2 years as Tele-calling Executive. Freshers are welcome.
Required Education Qualification:
+2/Graduate Ability to learn about the product, services and courses and describe them to prospects Should be a Go-getter Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
