**Job Summary**: - **Direct Walk-in**_: 17th May to 24th May 2025_ - **Time**:_9:30 am to 5:00 pm_ - **Location**:_ _Arcot, Chennai_ - **Contact**:_7094455752 / 7094455723_ **Key Responsibilities**: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. - Assess and evaluate students" progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback. - Maintain accurate records of students" academic performance, attendance, and other essential information. - Develop and implement strategies to help students improve their understanding and performance in Physics. - Prepare students for CBSE board examinations by conducting regular revisions and mock tests. - Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and other school activities. - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students" academic and personal growth. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and integrate new teaching techniques and resources. **Qualifications and Requirements**: - Master's degree in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory - Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. - Strong knowledge of the CBSE Physics syllabus and examination pattern. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment. - Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - CBSE: 10 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
