Jewellery Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. He/She will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, retail expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Display Creation: Design and set up eye-catching merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Visual Merchandising: Utilize visual merchandising techniques to maximize the visual impact of displays, including lighting, signage, and props.
- Product Presentation: Ensure that products are presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner, taking into consideration product grouping, color coordination, and pricing information.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, market research, and competitor displays to keep our displays fresh and appealing.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management to ensure that displays are well-stocked and that products are rotated regularly.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, answer product-related questions, and offer assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain displays, including cleaning, restocking, and replacing damaged items or props.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that visual displays align with sales goals and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for merchandising materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of atleast 1 year as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts as needed

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
