- We are looking for a highly motivated **App Developer** with a unique blend of skills in **data analytics, and low-code/no-code AI agent development**. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy agentic systems using platforms such as **Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry**.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- **Experience**
- 3-5 years in data analytics or data engineering.
- ~1-year hands-on experience with agent development (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools).
- **Technical Skills**
- ** Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry**:

- SQL/Python.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
- **Soft Skills**
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibilities
- ** Agentic System Development**
- Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry to design prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications.
- **Rapid Prototyping** : design and implement quick agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset to gather early feedback.
- **Data Engineering & Analytics**
- Build and manage quick data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric.
- Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL.
- **Prompt Engineering**: craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behaviour.
- **Automation Orchestration**: design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows.
- **Performance Measurement**: track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions.
