**Job Description**:
ROLE: To meet sales target, collections and dealer servicing, conducting meets in the territory.
Education: Graduate / MBA ( Preferred)Experience Exp : 2 to 5 years
Sectors : Cement,Building materials,TMT Bar,Manufacturing,FMCG Sectors
Not Preferred: Insurance, Telecom,Any kind of Retail
Location: Shillong ,Nalbari, Nagaon, Hailakandi, Jorhat
Key Responsibilities:
Meet Sales Target
- Achieve target for each market & individual dealers.
Monitor & Coordinate for sales with SP, Dealers, Sub - Dealers
Collection of timely payment from dealers
- Monitor outstanding from dealers to keep them under credit limit for timely generation of D.O. Help them avail their timely Discounts.
Track outstanding & overdue & take necessary action.
Branding Activities
Look after the branding activities at each dealer point/market for e.g., status of glow sign board, flex board etc in dealers & sub dealers points, wall paintings, hoardings, RIP etc.
Gather Information on Competitors Activities
- Gather information on the prices, schemes provided and branding activities of competitor brands and inform about them to the reporting officer.
Appoint New Dealers & Sub Dealers
Appoint new dealers in a new market or in existing markets.
Sales MIS
- Send Journey Cycle Plan (JCP) for each month in advance.
Send weekly report mentioning his daily visits and activities performed.
Prepare MIS of stocks of different brands in the market, their prices etc.
Send monthly report mentioning dealer wise sale of each brand, market wise sale of each brand, comparison with last year sale, growth and the-growth of each dealers & each market. Suggest methods for improving sale & requirements for each market. Prepare War room report.
