**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (Gross)

**Role Overview**:
Mega Freight Movers Limited is hiring **Traffic Incharge** to handle daily truck placement, vendor empanelment, freight negotiation, and smooth execution of transport operations. The role requires strong experience in **FTL (Full Truck Load) road transport** with a focus on cost control, vendor management, and timely operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Search for suitable vendors and empanel them..
- Reduce long hire time and negotiate effectively to ensure trucks are placed at the correct cost.
- Mentor Traffic In charges and streamline purchase processes.
- Coordinate with vendor development & fleet teams to manage peak demand.
- Ensure placement of trucks within 24 hours as per branch/business requirements.
- Develop vendors based on branch demand and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Provide timely responses to enquiries raised by sales managers.
- Fill RFQ cost sheets accurately and without errors.
- Graduate (any discipline).
- **3-5 years of experience** in traffic / transport procurement.
- Hands-on exposure to **FTL road transport operations of large companies**.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and operational execution skills.
- Industry : Logistics, Transportation preferrable.
