RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct direct sales operations, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with key retailers, bakeries, hotel, QSR outlets. - Actively engage in "foot on the ground" activities, including meeting with key outlets, arranging appointments, and conducting face-to-face interactions. - Build and nurture relationships with top retailers and hotels to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth. - Take the lead in creating new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activities. - Product placement in right temperature and educating the distributors and retailers - Execute promotions and merchandise effectively to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement. - Responsible for both primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding sales objectives. - Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion. - Provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and decision-making. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with customers and partners. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. - Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market dynamics to remain competitive and informed. - Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund Day range: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Shift: - Fixed shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Yearly bonus Travel requirement: - Up to 70% travel **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Retail sales: 2 years (preferred) - B2B: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 4 years (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Bangalore, Karnataka (required) Ability to Relocate: - Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 8925805164
