Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Ansfrid SmartCare, you will play a crucial role in our business development by driving sales and establishing lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage prospective clients, introduce them to our smart home solutions, and guide them through the sales process. With your excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will be a key contributor to achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, lead generation, networking, and cold calling.

Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, both residential and commercial, to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.

Solution Presentation: Demonstrate our smart home solutions to customers, showcasing how our products can address their specific requirements and enhance their living spaces.

Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that best align with their preferences and budget.

Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing leads through various stages of the sales process.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized support and exceptional customer service.

Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, providing regular reports and insights to the sales management team.

**Requirements**:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology, home automation, or related industries.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively and present solutions confidently.

Relationship Building: A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers, fostering long-term business partnerships.

Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with smart home technology, IoT, and related products is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives.

Adaptability: A flexible and resilient mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
