- Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
- Identifying customer needs
- Taking customer calls and solving queries
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum 1 to 3 Years of experience in Sales and Customer Support.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Making reports and documentation based on conversations that took place while telecalling.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- They must have their own laptop and Mobile phone
- Languages :Hindi and Telugu Mandatory.
- Preferred location Chennai near Ambattur. WFO Basis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
