**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner in Telugu and English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in the education sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
