Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Reviews methods of content delivery in the online, web-based, and in person environments using appropriate technologies.
- Evaluates engaging learning activates and course materials that improves retention and transfer of knowledge.
- Reviews both new and established training and development programs to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversees courses, curriculum, and supporting materials and programs for learning initiatives.
- Implements feedback from course evaluation and instructional design reviews to the current learning models.
- Coaches and delegates work to lower level professionals to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
- Reviews training materials to ensure it meets instructional system design standards and reviews completed materials including graphics for accuracy.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of instructional tools or strategies when applied to a particular learning objective.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
