**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and creative educators to join our YouTube teaching team as Master Teachers. In this role, you will create fun, clear, and interactive video lessons for JEE students. You'll focus on simplifying concepts in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social Science, or Mathematics with the help of relatable examples, visuals, and engaging explanations. If you love teaching, enjoy being on camera, and want to inspire thousands of learners across the country, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Plan and deliver video lessons for foundation-level topics using slides, diagrams, animations, and real-life examples.
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure lessons follow the syllabus and include exam tips to build student confidence.
- Engagement & Interaction: Encourage student participation through comments, discussions, and doubt-solving.
- Assessment & Feedback: Design quizzes, practice questions, and assignments to check understanding and provide helpful feedback.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on syllabus changes and experiment with new teaching methods to make learning exciting.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of teaching experience.
- Comfortable teaching on camera and explaining concepts clearly.
- Basic knowledge of creating slides.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Speaking Hindi is mandatory.
