**Role and Responsibilities**
- To maintain punctuality and discipline as per organization rules
- Design and Manage Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Systems
- Develop or adapt project specific MEAL tools.
- Guide field testing of MEAL tools with Doctors For You and partner staff.
- Work closely with Program Managers and Project Officers to process, analyze and use information collected to improve management, make necessary adjustments, and assess trends.
- Track donor and Doctors For You reporting requirements and deadlines and provide MEAL information to Program Managers and Project Coordinators for drafting reports.
- Coordinate with MEAL teams across larger Doctors For You projects to ensure consistency of standards, harmonization of information and input from beneficiaries and sharing of learnings.
- Work to enhance capacity for quality programming through training and capacity development of Doctors For You staff in MEAL including areas of program assessment, design, monitoring & evaluation methodologies.
- Design and implement annual MEAL work plans that support the Doctors For You Emergency Strategy and the Agency Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning strategy. Strengthen Management Information Systems
- Regular Audit’s with MEAL tools - to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Ensure Program’s MEAL systems are responsive to changing donor requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by HOD’s / Management etc.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Master’s degree in an area of social development or equivalent.

**Preferred Skills**

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching.

Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Strong results orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mindsets.

**Salary**: ₹8,183.38 - ₹56,632.22 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
