**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **inventory records, receipts, and dispatch entries** in **Odoo ERP**.
- Coordinate **inward/outward movement of materials** with vendors and the dispatch team.
- Generate and print **part numbers / QR codes** for product tagging and traceability.
- Prepare and manage basic documentation such as **invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills**.
- Handle **office opening, closing, and daily operational management**.
- Track **courier and logistics dispatches** and update status to sales teams or clients.
- Ensure effective **coordination and collaboration** across teams for smooth workflow.
- **Graduate / Diploma** (any discipline).
- **2-3 years of experience** in back-office, store, or ERP operations.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel** and **ERP systems** preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive with good communication and coordination skills.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 per month.
- **Travel and communication reimbursement** as per company policy.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
