We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** who is passionate about connecting with business owners and pitching **software solutions** to help them streamline their operations. Our software includes features like **computerized billing, customer data management, accounts & expense management, inventory management, CRM, and WhatsApp automation**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Business Outreach**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients, including **business owners and decision-makers**.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Sales & Product Demonstration**:

- Understand customer needs and **effectively pitch software solutions** tailored to their business.
- Conduct **online/offline product demonstrations and training** to showcase software benefits.
- Answer customer queries and **provide solutions** to their business challenges.

**Follow-Ups & Deal Closure**:

- Maintain a **strong follow-up process** to nurture leads and close deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and **convert leads into paying customers**.
- Meet and exceed **monthly sales targets**.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure excellent **customer experience** throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop **long-term business relationships** with clients for repeat sales and referrals.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:
**Strong communication & negotiation skills**.
**Ability to understand customer pain points** and offer tailored solutions.
**Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn**.
Ability to handle **objections, follow-ups, and relationship building**.
**Sales-driven mindset** with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Basic knowledge of **CRM tools and digital sales strategies** is a plus.

**Education & Qualification**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Freshers with a passion for sales & marketing are also welcome
