Role**:Commercial account manager / Surveyor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review Payment certificates - Gap analysis
- Wage control and reporting
- Invoice logging and management
- Sub-Con Payment Log
- Managing credit control systems
- Commercial reporting
- Managing daily commercial operations
- Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance
- Working together with relevant departments to develop accurate and consistent processes and reports
- Client account management
- Ability to operate under own initiative

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial/accounts/finance department.
- Highly motivated & working to deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent written and spoken English language
- Bachelor's degree in surveying / accountancy or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Chartered status or working towards it is desirable.
- Knowledge of the construction project commercial operations
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:
