**Job Description: Telecaller (2 Years Experience)**

**Location**: Gurugram
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
**Timings**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or customer service.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure effective communication.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Maintain call records and prepare reports as needed.
- Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution and escalations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
